After Sales Service အနေဖြင့်
- Warranty ကာလအတွင်းဖြစ်ပေါ်လာသော ကိစ္စရပ်များအား Customer များစိတ်ကျေနပ်မှု ရရှိစေရန်အတွက် အပြည့်အဝ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးခြင်း။
- Warranty ပစ္စည်းဖြစ်သည့်အလျောက် Customer များအား အစဉ်မပြတ် Product နှင့် ပတ်သက်၍ Service ဝန်ဆောင်မှု ပေးနိုင်ရန်အတွက် Tele Call ဖြင့် Customer Service ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။ Service ပြုလုပ်ရန်လိုအပ်သော ပစ္စည်းများအတွက် အချိန်နှင့်တပြေးညီ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးနိုင်ရန်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
As After Sales Service
- Providing full service for issues that arise during the warranty period to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Providing customer service by tele call in order to continuously provide service to customers regarding the product as per the warranty item. Providing customers that need to be serviced in a timely manner.

- Free repair within one year. If it is more than 6 months, the value of the item must be paid.
- If it is more than one year, you will have to pay the cost of the material and repair charges.
- If there is a factory defect within 3 months of purchase, we will replace it with a new one.
